At GLUE, data consulting is not about dashboards alone or chasing the latest hype. It’s about helping organizations make better decisions by building data solutions that actually work — in the real world. We’re looking for junior data consultants who are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. People who want to understand how data flows through organizations, how platforms fit together, and how insights are created — from source to decision. You may already have experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or cloud environments. Or you may come from a strong technical or analytical background and want to grow into a full-fledged data consultant. What matters most is your mindset: you want to understand why something is built, not just how.

At GLUE, you won’t be locked into a single tool or vendor. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants on cloud data platforms, ingestion pipelines, migrations, and insight solutions — learning how to make data trustworthy, accessible, and useful.

You ask questions. You want feedback. You take ownership of your work and want to see it used in production — not just in slide decks.

What you’ll do

• Support the design and implementation of cloud-based data solutions
• Work with data ingestion pipelines, models, and analytics use cases
• Learn how data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP are used in practice
• Collaborate with senior consultants, architects, and client teams
• Help translate business questions into data requirements and insights
