Turn business questions into integration solutions

At GLUE, integration starts with understanding the business. We're looking for consultants who can sit at the table with stakeholders, listen carefully, ask the right questions - and translate real business needs into clear integration solutions. You understand business processes. You knowh ow organizations work, where friction arises, and why systems often don't align with reality. You can map processes across departments, partners, and platforms - and see where integration adds real value. You don't need to build the integrations yourself. But you do understand what technology can and cannot do. You speak the language of IT, data, and integration platforms well enough to guide technical consultants and architects in the right direction. You are the bridge. Between business and IT. Between ambition and feasibility. Between "what we want" and"what actually works."

 At GLUE, we value consultants who dare to challenge assumptions. You ask follow-up questions. You push for clarity. And when a solution doesn't make sense - politically or technically - you say so. Calmly, clearly, and honestly.

What you'll do

• Translate business questions into concrete integration requirements
• Align stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
• Define integration scenarios, process flows, and solution directions
• Work closely with technical consultants and architects
• Provide clear, honest advice - focused on long-term value
